At Cybexonline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Cybexonline account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the Return Authorization slip is included inside the box to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account or at the bottom of your invoice and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
